This new addition to the Christchurch landscape includes a 1.2 - 1.8m deep flow bowl environment, street skating avenue and a large open space area. Features include drop-in poles, hubbas and rails, standard manual pad and ledge, bank to jersey barrier and a pole jam.
The design was developed taking note to the existing design aesthetics of the overall Knights Stream development that were worked into the separate though connected environments within the skatepark.
"The facility was elongated due to the characteristics of the site. The Skate Path was a great idea that allows for a 120m long flow line with a diverse range of obstacles."
