Project Details

RICH Landscapes designed a skatepark for a commercial site in the Wuchang district of Wuhan, China.   The site was populated with a few mature trees that were integrated into the design to provide shade from the intense Summer heat in this 'Furnace City' of China.   The design looked to provide a range of fundamental skate elements. This ranged from a miniramp and banks to a variety of ledge obstacles and flat rail.

"The facility was elongated due to the characteristics of the site. The Skate Path was a great idea that allows for a 120m long flow line with a diverse range of obstacles."
